KLINISKT LÄRANDECENTRUM
Kliniska lärandecentrum (KLC) at Högskolan Väst (Clinical Center for Learning "freely translated") has taken a new approach were norm-critical pedagogy is used as a tool to make the students aware and reflect about norms. An inclusive bench and/or table was created by Pamela Lindgren as a linking artefact to art work in shape of photography by Elisabeth Ohlson Wallin. The artefact combined with the photos aim to probe or lead visitors, students and staff to reflect about norms. Professor Elisabeth Dahlborg is leading the work together with Assistant Professor Ina Berndtsson. The project was funded by Vinnova.

Inspired by previous artworks such as, "The Golden Stairs" by Sir Edward Coley Burne-Jones, 1876-1880, and the novel "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" by Lyman Frank Baum, 1900 with the fictional element The Yellow Brick Road. As well as music and song "The Man Comes Around" by Johnny Cash, 2002, and artwork by Yoko Ono's "Golden Ladders", 2015.
